Do you feel stressed and overwhelmed? Transitions, changes in our internal or external environment and the busyness of life, can leave you feeling exhausted, confused, unfocused, and out of control. Come, discover the quiet place that will help you feel centered in your life. This Mindfulness, Meditation and Writing workshop will help you discover inner-peacefulness, balance and creative expression so that you have the tools to help maintain mental calmness in from moment to moment. Discover different ways to meditate, be mindful and explore the creative expression of writing to bring you back into balance.
