Haiku as a Spiritual Practice

Thursdays, August 7, 14, 21, 28
7:00-8:00pm
A Place for Women to Gather, Raleigh
Suggested donation: $40

Writing haiku, a 17-syllable poem, can be used as practice for exploring the subtle simplicity in our lives. Haiku blends nature, balance and structure in an intricate weave that allows us to become aware of what is around us and provides freedom to play with language and images. In this workshop, we will  look at haiku as a connection between ourselves and the world. For more information and to register, please call 919-846-3601 or visit A Place For Women to Gather.
