Cutter's Word, LLC took form in the fall of 2005 when Barton and Megan Cutter decided to make their dreams of becoming professional writers into a reality.
Barton and Megan met in Tucson, Arizona at a martial arts seminar- it was a few months later they realized they were both writers as well. Barton was in college at the University of Arizona and Megan was organizing trade shows in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. They began e-mailing poetry and short stories back and forth to each other for several months before Barton moved to Tuscaloosa where they were married in 2004.
When Barton and Megan moved to Raleigh, NC in August 2005, they combined more than ten years of writing experience and synthesized their passion for writing with other skills to serve as the foundation for a creative and service-oriented communications company.
Both Barton and Megan recognize the value of having a creative and personal touch in your organization’s communication needs. It is for this reason that Cutter’s Word, LLC offers clients professionalism combined with individualized text and design for all of their communication requirements.
